30 Day ‘Change of Mind’ Policy

In accordance with the ACCC, and in addition to your rights as a consumer, we offer a 30 Day Change of Mind (COM) Guarantee on eligible items, provided the below conditions are accepted:

1. We are informed about COM within 30 days of purchase, 2. The product(s) are sealed, unused and they are in their original packaging, 3. A 20% fee will apply for restocking, freight, logistics and administration, 4. The customer is responsible for the return of the goods, including return shipping costs. We recommend using tracking, and providing this information to us

Warranty Claims

Eligible products are backed by warranty from the date of purchase and are subject to the following conditions:

1. You are experiencing a legitimate fault with a product, 2. Your order was damaged during transit, 3. Your order is missing a part

Please submit your Warranty Claim via our Contact Us page. Once submitted, our Warranty team will require a minimum of 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) to investigate and resolve your claim. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions customer service.

We have adopted a Fair Use Policy to prevent unreasonable or excessive usage of our services. Warranty Claims will become void if:

1. The product has been deliberately tampered with/modified/not used in accordance with instructions supplied, 2. The product has been dropped/suffered damage/been exposed to excessive heat/installed incorrectly

Before commencing, please ensure you have photographic or video evidence to back your claim. Further investigation may be required. Where video evidence is required, please provide clear and brief commentary of the issue.

Please note: your claim will not be reviewed or actioned without evidence.

Comfort choice issues relating to mattresses, beds, couches and furniture (ie, too firm or too soft) will not give rise to a warranty claim as comfort is a subjective notion and will not be considered a manufacturing fault. Body impression on mattresses, sofas and chairs where the indentation is less than 52mm and moderate sagging over time is considered normal wear and tear, and does not give rise to a warranty claim.

Incorrect Details or Address Provided

If a package is undeliverable and/or returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
